The machine handles four drink bases — fresh-ground coffee, two types of milk, chocolate and Japanese matcha — each servable hot, cold, or iced, and combinable with up to 8 swappable syrups loaded at any time (vanilla, hazelnut, caramel salted, brown sugar, and more).
That alone pushes us past 50 unique drinks, before customers even pick their strength, sweetness, or ice level. And because matcha and milk-based drinks don’t need espresso, we also serve the non-coffee crowd.

From signed order to first cup served: typically 6-8 weeks. Includes shipping, on-site installation, calibration, and staff training. Express delivery on request.

Who handles maintenance and repairs?
We do. Every machine is monitored remotely 24/7. Certified technicians cover the entire EU, with most issues resolved within 24-48 hours.
Can it really run without staff?
Yes. The machine handles ordering, payment, brewing, and cleaning autonomously. Daily refill of beans, milk, and cups takes about 30 minutes.
Does it work outdoors and 24/7?
The Kiosk model is hermetically sealed and certified for outdoor 24/7 operation in any weather. The Bar model is designed for indoor environments.
How much space and what utilities do I need?
Only 2.5 m2 footprint. Standard 220-240V single-phase power, water connection or barreled water, floor drain or internal tank, and ethernet or 4G/LTE.
What about payments and languages?
Card, contactless, and mobile payments built in. The touchscreen supports multiple languages including Czech, English, German, and more.
What happens after the 5-year warranty?
The machine has a 10-year operational lifespan. After year 5, extend the cloud licence (EUR 1,000) and subscribe to our service plan for full coverage.
